Rules & Regulations for STRATEGIA 2026

To ensure a fair, professional, and enriching experience for all, participants are required to adhere to the following rules and regulations. Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.

1. General Conduct & Decorum

Identification:

All participants must carry and display their official college/university ID card at all times while on campus. It must be presented at the registration desk for verification.

Dress Code:

A strict formal attire is mandatory on all days of the event. Participants not adhering to the dress code may be denied entry.

Professional Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Disruptive behavior, misuse of mobile devices, or any activity causing inconvenience to organizers, judges, or fellow participants will lead to immediate disqualification.

Campus Property:

All participants are responsible for their conduct on the Loyola College campus. Any damage to college property will result in disqualification and liability for the damages.

Personal Belongings:

The organizing committee is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

2. Punctuality & Attendance

Reporting Time (Day 1):

All participants must report to the designated venue by 8:15 AM for registration and the inaugural briefing.

Reporting Time (Day 2):

Participants who have qualified for the second day, along with any registered spectators, must report to the venue by 8:30 AM to confirm their participation.

Punctuality:

Late arrivals may face a penalty or may not be permitted to participate in a given round, at the discretion of the organizers.

3. Competition Integrity & Fair Play

Malpractice:

Any form of vulgarity, plagiarism, cheating, or seeking unauthorized external help during competitive rounds will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Use of Devices:

The use of mobile phones or other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during rounds unless explicitly permitted by the event coordinators for a specific task.

Confidentiality:

Information related to the competition challenges is confidential. Discussing cases or solutions with non-participants or eliminated teams is forbidden.

4. Judging & Grievances

Finality of Decisions:

The decisions of the judges and the STRATEGIA 2026 Organizing Committee are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

Grievance Redressal:

Any grievances or disputes must be formally and respectfully submitted to the designated core committee members for resolution. The committee's subsequent decision on the matter will be final.

Important: Violation of any of the rules mentioned above will be grounds for the immediate disqualification of the individual and/or their entire team.
